|Jim Pruitt conducted his first successful search in the Fall of 1975. Specializing in Banking and financial services, Jim focuses in the corporate finance, accounting, credit, operations and all risk disciplines. He recruits at mid- to executive levels including C-level executives. SCOTT LYONS – Senior Search Consultant
|Scott Lyons began his career in 1988 as an original member of recruiting firm RBL (the founding company behind OTEC and ultimately HotJobs.com). In 1990, he founded Lyons Associates International which focused on identifying quantitative finance and technology professionals. In 1996, Lyons Associates merged with Simon and Pruitt to form Lyons Pruitt International, Inc. This expanded the practice into the treasury and credit risk management areas.Scott continues to work in financial engineering, computational finance, quantitative portfolio management and research, and credit risk management, as well as emerging technologies and marketing. STEVE PRUITT – Search Consultant
Growing up the son of a headhunter, Steve witnessed a wide range of employment situations. From slow to booming economies, there is a need to know how to manage relationships to create opportunities for clients to continuously acquire great talent and build bench strength. Relationship management is Steve’s strongest attribute.
Steve began his career as a commercial pilot flying charters in the Mid-Atlantic and N.E. regions. This career path took a turn when he was laid off after the events of September 11, 2001. Joining Lyons Pruitt International, Inc. in October 2001, Steve worked a manufacturing desk specializing in plastics. Over the next few months he transitioned into accounting, finance and sales positions within financial services.
Whether one has one year or 25 years of experience, Steve takes great pleasure in helping people achieve the next steps in the exciting journey of life.
MALORIE REPPERT – Research Consultant
|Malorie Reppert began her recruiting career at Robert Half International, Inc. as a staffing manager for accounting professionals. As a graduate of DeSales University with a B.A. in Business Management, Malorie chose this first step in her career due to the appeal of impacting the direction of the companies she performed searches for, as well as the lives of the professionals she recruited.
Following her experience as a staffing manager, Malorie pursued her interest in process improvement and project management in the financial industry. During her time with Guardian Life Insurance and Ausdal Financial Partners, Malorie developed a keen understanding of the multiple driving functions within a financial organization.
